As every year, the famous song contest returns with contestants more motivated than ever to clinch the final. This year, the 70th edition of the Eurovision is taking place in Vienna, Austria, following JJ's victory last year.
And, true to tradition, two semifinals have preceded the final stage. After these two decisive rounds, 10 countries were unfortunately not chosen for the final. On the other hand, 25 other countries will indeed go head-to-head this Saturday, May 16, 2026, promising a show to look forward to.
This year again, France Télévisions colors the Eurovision scene by live‑broadcasting the event from Vienna. But before the performances and the winner are unveiled, Stéphane Bern will host a pre‑show starting at 8:30 p.m. this Saturday on France 2. For thirty minutes, feel the Eurovision buzz through interviews and reports. Then comes the main event—the grand final. It will be aired on May 16 from 9:00 p.m. on France 2 and on france.tv. Camille Cerf will join Stéphane Bern in Vienna to provide live commentary throughout the evening. The final will also be available via live streaming on the Eurovision YouTube page.
