Eurovision 2026: the 10 final countries to advance from the second semi-final

The second and final semifinal of the Eurovision Song Contest was to be watched live from Vienna on May 14. On Thursday evening, 15 countries went head to head to clinch their spot in the grand final scheduled for Saturday, May 16, 2026. So which acts made the cut in this second semifinal? Here are the 10 nations that earned the last spots for the final showdown.

Tuesday, May 12, 2026, fifteen countries went head-to-head in Vienna, Austria, for the first semifinal of the Eurovision. At the end of this first round, only 10 countries qualified.

This Thursday, May 14, fifteen new countries were in the running for the second semi-final. Among them? Bulgaria, Azerbaijan, Romania, Luxembourg, the Czech Republic, Armenia, Switzerland, Cyprus, Latvia, Denmark, Australia, Ukraine, Albania, Malta and Norway.

Their goal was simple: do whatever it takes to land their own ticket to the grand final of the Song Contest, scheduled for May 16. But here's the catch: as in the first semi-final, only 10 countries earned a place in the long-awaited final. So which countries are they? Who were selected in this second semi-final? Unfortunately, Azerbaijan, Luxembourg, Armenia, Switzerland and Latvia have failed to persuade and come up short of the final, and will therefore not be able to compete on May 16.
