What a show and what an artist! Lady Gaga truly set the Accor Arena in Paris ablaze on Monday, November 17, 2025, for the first of her four concerts in the capital as part of her "The Mayhem Ball" tour. Giant dresses, macabre dances, a boat sailing across the stage, but also moments of pure emotion... Let's take a look back at this grandiose and perfectly choreographed show by Lady Gaga.

Lady Gaga made her big comeback atthe Accor Arena on Monday, November 17, 2025, 11 years after her last concert at this Parisian venue, and 7 years after a missed date for medical reasons. Many still remember it.The Mayhem Ball Tour was eagerly awaited by her manyLittle Monsters, especially since her incredible performance at Coachella in the spring of 2025. A few images of Lady Gaga at the Californian festival were enough to create excitement among the artist's fans and prompt them to rush to buy tickets when they went on sale. The result? Lady Gaga's four Paris concerts, scheduled for November 17, 18, 20, and 22, 2025, are sold out.

On Monday, November 17, 2025, for the first of Lady Gaga's four Parisian dates, the crowd was very dense at the entrance to the Accor Arena. Some didn't hesitate to wear makeup, dressing up as skeletons or wearing gothic-style clothing. Others proudly wore T-shirts emblazoned with "Mayhem," a reference to the title of Lady Gaga's latest album, not to be confused with the name of a controversial Norwegian black metal band.

Once inside the venue, we discover a long stage extension and an impressive set consisting of two imposing Gothic-style towers. This is where the singer's musicians will take their places a few dozen minutes later.

In the hall, the audience waits for the show to begin—scheduled for 8 p.m.—to the sound of opera music, while closely scrutinizing the messages sent by spectators and displayed on a giant screen. "Happy to see Queen Gaga again," or "Scream, little monsters," prompting a wave of spontaneous screams. A marriage proposal is even broadcast.

Giant dress, pyrotechnic effects... an incredible theatrical entrance

At around 8:15 p.m., the audience's messages disappear, giving way to a video projection. We then see Lady Gaga. Dressed entirely in red and brandishing a feather of the same color, the American star begins to write on a scroll. After about 25 minutes, Lady Gaga drops the feather, folds her scroll, and stands up. The audience's cries become more urgent until the lights finally go out. On the giant screen at the back of the stage, two Lady Gagas face each other, one in red, the other in white. The tone is set and Act 1 can begin. Tonight, the American star is preparing to deliver a theatrical battle between good and evil.

Then Lady Gaga—a brunette at the start—arrives on stage, perched atop a giant red dress. The entrance is meant to be ultra-theatrical, and it works. As the artist chooses to start the first of her various scenes by performing "Bloody Mary," followed by the hit "Abracadabra," we don't know where to look. The first pyrotechnic effects light up the room, accompanied by the sparkle of the bracelets given to spectators at the entrance to the Accor Arena. The dancers then leap out of this giant cage-shaped dress and twirl around. The show has barely begun and it's already a feast for the eyes.

The hits keep coming, notably with " Scheiße " and " Garden of Eden," which appeals to fans of more rock-oriented songs. Then comes the first hit of the evening, "Poker Face." On the proscenium, Lady Gaga and her dancers move around on a living chessboard. "Cut off her head," Lady Gaga shouts in French. It is at this moment that the American artist decides to kill her rival, bringing the first act to a close.

Skeleton, long bridal train, and giant skull for Act II and Act III

For the second act, entitled "And She Fell Into A Gothic Dream,"Lady Gaga incorporated more macabre imagery into the staging. Now blonde, the artist was partially buried in a mass grave surrounded by corpses. While performing "Perfect Celebrity," she caressed the skeleton next to her before strangling it. Comedy then takes center stage, and Lady Gaga makes us smile and laugh, as well as dance. Another highlight is " Paparazzi." Wearing a helmet and armed with crutches, Lady Gaga struggles to walk to the proscenium, with a long bridal train behind her, illuminated in rainbow colors. The audience rejoices at this nod to the LGBTQIA+ community and marvels at this beautiful tableau.

Act 2 continues with a version—unfortunately shortened—of the song " Alejandro," followed by the beautiful " The Beast," during which Lady Gaga picks up a guitar for the second time that evening.

For the third act, it was the turn of the undead to take their place in this beautiful tableau combining a giant skull and a moving staircase on stage. The American star and her troupe then put on a show with"Killah," "Zombieboy," and "The Dead Dance," where the choreography inevitably reminded us of Michael Jackson's " Thriller."

Lady Gaga, her twenty dancers, and her musicians have been performing atthe Accor Arena for nearly an hour and a half now. And the verdict is clear: the concert is impressive in terms of both its visual and audio quality. This "Mayhem Ball Tour" is a true American-style spectacle, with meticulously choreographed dance routines, grandiose staging, countless costume changes, and boundless, infectious energy. On stage, the American star and her dancers seem to be thoroughly enjoying themselves, in total communion with the audience. Although the show is perfectly choreographed, Lady Gaga doesn't hesitate to repeatedly call out to her fans, asking them to jump, raise their arms, or shout. To make the concert even more immersive, a steady cameven films the star continuously. The almost cinematic result is then projected onto the giant screen.

Sensuality and more intimate sequences for Act IV

But let's get back to Act IV of theMayhem Ball Tour. This time, Lady Gaga is more sensual, and her performance of " Kill for Love " is reminiscent of Madonna at times. " Born This Way " then sends the fans into a frenzy. But the euphoria rises another notch when the singer brilliantly performs "Shallow " aboard a Venetian-style boat sailing across the stage. A piano awaits her there. From then on, the evening takes on another dimension, more intimate and oh so touching. Lady Gaga then sings " Die With A Smile " solo. She is then joined by her musicians on " Always Remember Us This Way," from the movie "A Star Is Born," and " The Edge of Glory." It is at this point in the concert that Lady Gaga chooses to open up more. She thanks her fans for buying tickets for this tour and for still being there after all these years. The applause and cheers of the fans echo around theAccor Arena, deeply touching the singer, who is visibly very moved.

But the show isn't over yet. Lady Gaga ends Act IV with " Vanish Into You." For the occasion, the artist decides to go down into the pit and sign a few posters and vinyl records while continuing to sing. The fans are ecstatic.

A grand finale

Time for the grand finale. The dancers return to the stage, pushing a table on which Lady Gaga lies, covered with a white sheet. But, as the voice says, "Monsters never die. " Lady Gagathen rises again for a luminous and exhilarating " Bad Romance." The set design is grandiose, with pyrotechnic effects and Lady Gaga wearing gloves with huge feathers on her fingers, for a spectacular finale.

Although Lady Gaga has disappeared below the stage, it's not quite over yet. The American star reappears on screen. We see her removing her makeup backstage and singing " How Bad Do U Want Me." Lady Gaga finally reappears on stage at theAccor Arena in Paris, looking completely natural. After about two and a half hours and more than thirty songs, Lady Gaga greets the crowd to thunderous and well-deserved applause.

For this "Mayhem Ball Tour," Lady Gaga set the bar very high and surpassed herself. Combining a gothic universe with a touch of humor, perfect choreography, grandiose sets, and ultra-polished staging, the American star hit the mark. We were expecting a breathtaking show, but the result was even more impressive, thanks in particular to a deeply generous Lady Gaga, who surrounded herself with talented dancers. As for the setlist, it was almost perfect. Our only regret is that some songs, including " Alejandro " and " Just Dance," were shortened. But with seven albums under her belt and countless hits, choices had to be made. So, thank you, Gaga, for this wonderful musical moment that will undoubtedly remain etched in our memories.
