What you can and can't bring to the Stade de France

Another note concerns the long list of items banned at the Stade de France. Among the prohibited items are large bags and suitcases (backpacks over 15 liters, hiking bags, sports bags...), professional cameras, audio recording devices, items that could be used as projectiles (glass objects, rigid, large-diameter poles, helmets, fog-horns, misting devices, metal water bottles, water bottles with caps larger than 50 cl...), as well as non-folding umbrellas, or any alcoholic beverages. However, the following items are allowed: small-diameter, flexible flag poles; 25 cl cartons of fruit juice (per unit); homemade sandwiches; hand fans (for heatwaves); standard backpacks (maximum 15 litres); plastic water bottles without caps (up to 50 cl); and plastic reusable bottles (up to 50 cl).
