Due to the limited number of European dates announced by Jay-Z, the rapper's fans are expected to be out in force in the capital this week. And many of them plan to reach the Stade de France by public transport this Thursday, September 10.

As noted by the RATP, Different modes of public transport can get you to the Stade de France, namely the RER B and D, the metro lines 12, 13 and 14, or the Transilien Line H.

Here are the public transport options to prioritise and the recommended routes to reach the Stade de France and depart more easily depending on your entrance gate.

Heads up: note that traffic is suspended on weekdays from 11:35 p.m. on the RER D between Paris Gare du Nord and Creil. "A replacement bus service is being laid on, with service to intermediate stations," says Transilien SNCF. After the concert, the 14 line is therefore to be preferred.

How to get to the Stade de France

• Access to gates A, B, C, D, E, G and H (East of the Stadium): take the RER B toward Mitry – Claye • Aéroport Charles de Gaulle and alight at the La Plaine – Stade de France station, or opt for metro line 12, toward Mairie d’Aubervilliers, then alight at Front populaire. Expect about a 10-minute walk from the RER B station and around 25 minutes on foot from the metro line 12 station.
  
  
• Access to gates R and S (North of the Stadium): take metro line 13 toward Saint-Denis Université and get off at Saint-Denis – Porte de Paris. From there, it’s roughly a 5-minute walk to the stadium gates.
  
  
• Access to gates T, U, X, Y and Z (Southwest of the Stadium): take the RER D toward Creil and alight at Stade de France – Saint-Denis, then count about a 10-minute walk from the station to the stadium gates. Alternatively, prefer metro line 14 and alight at Saint-Denis – Pleyel. Expect about a 20-minute walk thereafter.

Leaving the Stadium and Heading to Paris

• From gates A, B, C, D, E, G, H, X, Y and Z (East of the Stadium): take the RER B (about 10 minutes on foot) or the Line 12 metro (about 25 minutes on foot).
• From gates J, K, L, N, R, S, T and U (North of the Stadium): take the Line 13 metro (about 5 minutes on foot), toward “Châtillon Montrouge.”
• From gates T, U, X, Y and Z (Southwest of the Stadium): take the RER D (about 10 minutes on foot), toward “Melun / Malesherbes,” or the Line 14 (about 20 minutes on foot). The D line will be suspended from 23:35 between Creil and Gare du Nord. So after the concert, lean toward the metro’s Line 14.
