Here we go again! The new edition of the"Les Femmes s'en mêlent" festival is set to return to Paris and elsewhere in the Île-de-France region (Montreuil, Bobigny, Sannois, Argenteuil, Ris-Orangis...) in November and December 2025, with a series of concerts scheduled at Le Trabendo, Le Badaboum, Petit Bain, Le Point Éphémère and, of course, La Marbrerie. What's on the agenda for this new edition? A new season rich in discoveries of new female musical gems!
Since its inception in 1997, the Les Femmes s'en mêlent festival has welcomed a host of big names: Kim Gordon of Sonic Youth, Brigitte Fontaine, Maria McKee of Lone Justice, Mona Soyoc of Kas Product, Anne Clark, Elli Meideros, as well as many new talents for their first stages: Emilie Simon, Cat Power, Feist, Metric, Nouvelle Vague with Camille, Yelle, CSS, MIA, Regina Spektor, Daphné, Ebony Bones, Austra....
We can only imagine that this new edition will do as well as its predecessors, if not better, as the festival once again confirms its legitimacy by asserting its eclectic and pioneering character. With the ambition of offering a broad cultural panorama in which the female gender is not one, but many, the festival reaffirms its values and originality, militating again and again for plurality, high standards and solidarity.
And I might as well tell you right now, but this 2025 edition of the Les Femmes s'en mêlent festival promises, once again, a host of visual and sonic surprises! As proof of this, the festival invites you to come and applaud the phenomenon Baby Volcano, the rock band Madam, the duo Ojos, as well as the English musician and singer Billy Nomates and the Dutch band Pip Blom.
