Summer is a great time for music festivals, but so is autumn. You'd think that these musical events - outdoor or otherwise - would take a break once the warm weather is over. But we'd be wrong to imagine that. Music festivals continue into autumn, to the delight of live music fans.
A number of music festivals are also held in the capital every autumn, including of course the famous Pitchfork Music Festival and its ultra-specialist line-up, which takes over the Grande Halle de La Villette every year. Another eagerly awaited Parisian music event? Saint Germain en live, which, as its name suggests, offers a series of concerts in different venues in this Parisian town, as well as the Primeurs de Massy, where new talents enchant the Essonne department, not forgetting the Festi'Val de Marne, which puts on a host of tasty concerts in this Île-de-France department every autumn!
