Swami: A Show Blending Magic, Mentalism, and Virtual Reality at Little Villette

Magic shows have never been more popular! And Little Villette couldn’t agree more, as it hosts Swami, an immersive 1-hour and 15-minute experience blending magic, mentalism, and virtual reality. Created by Rémy Berthier, the event runs from May 12 to 16, 2026. The show draws inspiration from a personal ordeal of the magician – a fire that destroyed his home and all his belongings – transforming it into a captivating journey that sits between illusion and cutting-edge technology.

This is the unique charm of the show: blending two worlds that couldn’t be more different. Here, virtual reality becomes a safe haven for the artist’s alter ego, the star of the performance, giving the audience a glimpse into its depths. Spectators are invited to take turns donning the headset and "dive into a mental space where perception, illusion, and belief intertwine."
