A dazzling drone light show themed around Harry Potter at this Parisian racecourse.

For the 25 years of the Harry Potter films, numerous events are landing in the Île-de-France region as summer winds down. After the Château de Versailles, a drone show arrives on October 1, 3, 8, 10 and 11, 2026 at the heart of the Paris-Vincennes Hippodrome. DroneArt Show plans to present an outdoor choreography of 1200 high-tech light drones, set to the music and iconic scenes from the saga of the most famous wizard!

As night falls, enjoy illuminated tableaux and aerial murals capturing elements from the films, such as the Golden Snitch, Dobby, and Hogwarts, while a violinist performs live before your eyes for nearly an hour. On site, saga merchandise like wands, scarves, and collectible items will be available for purchase, letting fans of all ages don their house colors, with themed treats on the menu to refuel.

Audiences will also wear interactive LED bracelets to follow the acts. The event is listed to start at 8:45 PM, but doors open two hours earlier. So it’s wise to arrive early to secure the best seats, avoiding the far ends of the hippodrome where visibility is a tad less comfortable than in the center.

Tickets are available in the balcony or on the floor, but note that the prices are fairly steep, around €50, so the experience is geared toward Harry Potter fans!
