On ne couche pas aux enterrements: a comic play at the Studio Hébertot

In July, we're off to the Studio Hébertot! The comedy On ne couche pas aux enterrements will run from July 5 to 30, starring Christine Anglio and Laurie Marzougui. The two actresses also wrote the play, which is directed by Manon Rony.

The play tells the story of Ana, who asks - on her deathbed - hersister Isabelle and her best friend Pauline not to lose sight of each other. A promise the two young women accept, because, after all, what would you refuse someone who's about to die? So they promise to see each other every year, come what may. An awkward but funny situation ensues between the two young women.

Acomic play that combines humor and sincerity, On ne couche pas aux enterrements promises a touching, perfectly mastered show. Christine Anglio returns with this play after the success of Arrête de pleurer Pénélope, which she co-wrote with Juliette Arnaud and Corinne Puget.
