Next April, Orkizomai, an immersive theatrical experience, takes over Hangar Y, transforming the audience into active participants in a divine trial. Confronted with Olympian gods accused of ecocide, spectators are invited to weigh in and determine the fate of the Earth through four extraordinary performances.

The Hangar Y in Meudon will host a groundbreaking immersive production from April 5, 8, 9, and 11, 2026. Created by the Crumble Company, this innovative piece transforms the historic nave of the building into the stage for Orkizomai, an immersive theatre show that turns audiences into active participants in a trial. The case? Ecocide accusations brought against the gods of Olympus, blending ancient mythology with contemporary issues across four exceptional performances.

What's the story? In a post-apocalyptic world, Gaia calls upon Demeter, Poseidon, Artemis, Apollo, and Ares to the stand. Accused of betraying their sacred duty to protect the Earth, these gods — here depicted as leaders of modern multinational corporations — must justify their actions in front of the last remaining humans. Straddling political satire and sacred ritual, the play uses mythology to question our collective responsibilities in the face of life’s destruction.

Here, the audience isn’t just aPassive observer: they become part of the action as jurors, clerks, or even defense attorneys. Before each performance, participants have the option to step into an active role, guided by actors to speak during debates, or to remain spectators—the choice of the shyest among them... The set design, blending sound and lighting effects, turns the agora into a true democratic laboratory where the audience holds the ultimate power: the ability to decide the fate of the gods.

Over the course of two hours, this experience transforms theater into an accessible tool for dialogue and connection, welcoming audiences from age 10 and up—whether with family or friends. Tickets go on sale starting February 12.
