A festive weekend at the heart of art is on offer with the Paris Gallery Weekend, from May 29 to 31, 2026. Exhibitions, encounters, cocktails, and performances: discover what awaits you free of charge.

May is a busy month: with the return of fine weather and numerous public holidays, Paris is buzzing with life and events. And culture lovers won't be left out, thanks to exhibitions, fairs and shows, not to mention the Nuit des Musées. Your diary already full? You'll have to make room.

Don't miss this event! The weekend of May 29–31, 2026, the Paris Gallery Weekend is back in Paris. This annual gathering celebrates modern and contemporary art across nearly 75 galleries scattered throughout the capital. From Le Marais to Belleville and Romainville, via Matignon and Saint-Germain-des-Prés, many neighborhoods are turning into giant art hubs.

Paris Gallery Week aims to spotlight emerging French talents. Photography, drawing, painting, street art, sculpture: nearly 200 artists take pride of place at this free event. The weekend features thematic exhibitions, artist-curated programs, cocktail receptions, performances, and opportunities for meetings and autographs.

With so many artists and participants, art lovers, collectors and the curious of all ages are bound to find something to their liking. However, with only three days to see it all, you won't want to dawdle!
