This autumn, Paris Design Week returns for a new edition from September 4 to 13, 2025. Between the courtyard of theHôtel de la Marine, that of a private mansion in the Marais and that of theHôtel de Sully, there's a place that's worth a detour... and even a U-turn if you've missed it! TheHôtel de Lamoignon, a pearl of the 16th and 17th centuries and home to the Bibliothèque historique de la Ville de Paris, is hosting three free installations by nysædition, Elisa Uberti and Fibois.
nysædition cultivates art... literally. Here, poetry takes root and ideas blossom. The studio explores plant and mineral forms, or draws its inspiration from the world of gardening.
A former fashion designer, Elisa Uberti swapped the needle for stoneware to sculpt softly curving pieces in Roubaix. Her ceramics, a cross between art and craft, are inspired by habitat, primitive art and utopian architecture.
Fibois sets the scene for tomorrow. More than twenty projects (out of eighty received) are the 2025 winners of the Fibois competition, offering a creative panorama of environmental issues. Wood, ingenuity and an unfailing green conscience.
Between walls steeped in history and visions of the future, theHôtel de Lamoignon is the place to be, not just in your diary... a visit is a must!
