Paris prepares to unleash its creative talents under the open sky! From September 4 to 13, 2025, Paris Design Week transforms the capital into an immense workshop where furniture, fashion, architecture and new technologies meet. Contemporary art galleries, museums and unusual open-air spots mark out a route where every space invites you to explore, be inspired and dream.
At the heart of this festival of trends, theInstitut du Monde Arabe (IMA) presents its emblematic Design Prize, launched in 2023 to celebrate the creativity of designers from the Arab world. The aim is to highlight know-how, innovation and contemporary materials, while offering a modern interpretation of the Arab art of living. The prize is based on two key themes: tradition and transmission, a source of inspiration for possible futures, and identities and futures, reflecting the diversity and modernity of the Arab world. In addition, it is divided into four categories: Emerging Talent, rewarding daring young designers; Contemporary Crafts, reinventing traditional techniques; Impact Award, dedicated to projects with a social or environmental impact; and Grand Prix, symbolizing vision and excellence.
