When art serves society and the environment: the Photoclimat biennial is back for a third edition in Paris, from September 12 to October 12, 2025. The event takes up residence on Place de la Concorde, and awaits photography enthusiasts and the curious for an entire month.
This open-air biennial event, , is free to all, and aims to highlight the work of foundations and NGOs. Artists and photographers highlight the actions of these associations, and the committed people who help the most disadvantaged, or act for the common good. In this way, photography makes it possible to bring the work of these foundations to the attention of as many people as possible, and perhaps encourage the public to get involved too.
Focusing on social and environmental actions, the Photoclimat biennial takes us on a journey of discovery through numerous associations, and encourages us to question the major societal issues of our time. On the Place de la Concorde, pedestrianized for the occasion, we find a series ofexhibitions illustrating these issues, and the concrete actions that can be taken to resolve certain crises.
For this 2025 edition, the Photoclimat biennial will feature a number of organizations:
PLACE DE LA CONCORDE - MADELEINE SIDE
PLACE DE LA CONCORDE - SEINE SIDE
QUAI DE SEINE I
QUAI DE SEINE II
QUAI DE SEINE III
CLIMATE ACADEMY
PLACE SAINT-SULPICE
Free and open to all, this biennial event aims to unite and engage, while remaining an artistic event, where the art of photography counts just as much as the subject of the images.
A not-to-be-missed event, since it only happens every two years!
