For an unusual weekend, go to Buthiers, in Seine-et-Marne, and its Land Art Festival, where you can observe dozens of exceptional works of art from nature. Free of charge and in the open air, the event offers numerous shows, concerts and animations for all ages. Come and discover an artistic and poetic journey in communion with nature, from May 26 to 28, 2023!
The 11 artists exhibited have at heart to value the relationship between humans and nature, by proposing respectful works, whose materials come only from the environment around them.Branches, stones, sand or leaves, art blends perfectly with nature, and it is accessible to all! Thisfestival is a place of meetings, exchanges and creation where the artists meet the public and explain their artistic approaches, this year around the theme"Monumental".
With Land Art, art leaves the galleries and museums to show itself in a different light in the heart of nature. It is an original way to value the natural heritage and to encourage young and old to respect their environment. On Friday evening, a night walk is organized to discover the sculptures and installations in music and light! During 3 days, actors, musicians, dancers and storytellers are invited to play in the forest and the green spaces, while creation spaces propose you to initiate to land art.
