The arrival of summer means mixed salads, fruit pies and jams of all kinds. From June onwards, buy fruits and vegetables at the Cueillette de Nolongue at the rhythm of the seasons.
The farm of Nolongues in Seine-et-Marne works in reasoned agriculture (an agriculture reducing the use of pesticides and insecticides of all kinds in order to limit its impact on the planet and our health) and offers many fruits and vegetables in season. Potatoes, cherries, carrots, apples, zucchini, parsnips, mirabelle plums, there is something for everyone!
As its name indicates, the principle of a pick-your-own is to go and harvest the fruits and vegetables you wish to buy. Perfect to choose your products and especially to be sure of their origin. In addition to leaving with your basket of foodstuffs at advantageous and decreasing prices (1.2€ per kilo of zucchini or carrots, less than one euro for potatoes), picking is an opportunity to take a deep breath of fresh air and to amuse young and old.
So arm yourself with your best wheelbarrow (waiting for you at the entrance, everything is provided) and let's go hunting for fresh fruits and vegetables!
