At Disneyland Paris, World of Frozen brings the magic of Frozen to life in Disney Adventure World starting March 29, 2026. Inspired by Arendelle, this brand-new zone will feature a ride, a themed restaurant, shops, and a series of interactive experiences centered around Elsa, Anna, and their kingdom.

At Disneyland Paris, the World of Frozen will open its doors to Arendelle at the Walt Disney Studios (soon to be known as Disney Adventure World) starting March 29, 2026. Visitors can explore the kingdom’s enchanting scenery, meet Elsa, Anna, and Olaf, and enjoy experiences inspired by Frozen. This new area offers a deeper dive into the beloved film’s universe.

This promises an immersive experience into the world of Frozen, featuring an elaborate set designed to replicate the charming kingdom of Arendelle in every detail. A towering 40-meter-high mountain crowned by Elsa's Ice Palace creates a stunning centerpiece. Interestingly, the palace was built in England, as Walt Disney Imagineering explained during a site visit in November 2025, and was installed last fall.

What does World of Frozen, the new Snow Queen zone, have in store for us?

As announced, you'll find a restaurant, an attraction, two shops, and a "Meet & Greet" (a spot where kids and their parents can meet various Disney characters, Ed.) where families can come face-to-face with their favorite princesses.

Regarding the Nordic Crowns Tavern, this quick-service restaurant offers Scandinavian-inspired cuisine and can seat up to 250 guests. On the menu, there are two set menus priced at €22 and €24, featuring a main course, dessert, and drink. The options are well-balanced, with the main course including a portion of carbohydrates, vegetables, and a choice of animal or plant-based proteins.

Regarding the "Meet & Greet", it’s located next to the attraction, guiding you inside the castle for a walk through its corridors. Just keep in mind that you're not actually entering Arendelle Castle, as it serves solely as a backdrop. Here, you’ll have the chance to meet Elsa and Anna in person.

  • Arendelle Boutique and Fjord View Shop

On the shopping side, according to an official record of administrative acts published in December 2019, the space spans 173m² and is complemented by a 62m² kiosk. The first, Arendelle Boutique, aims to be a charming toy shop of the village. In addition to all the classic Frozen-themed products, it offers a selection of handcrafted Scandinavian-inspired items. Visitors can browse through wooden sculptures, clothing, and various decorative pieces featuring traditional motifs like rosemaling.

A collection of clothing and accessories inspired by Nordic design allows visitors to blend seamlessly into the village’s enchanting atmosphere. Before continuing their exploration, guests can even send a postcard from the mailbox set up near the shop. Just a short walk away, the other store, Fjord View Shop, awaits. There, visitors can meet Rúna, an interactive baby troll showcased during a special ceremony, and then leave with this high-tech companion to take home.

Capable of responding to touch, blinking, moving its ears, lighting up, and interacting with other trolls, Rúna also reacts to iconic spots in Arendelle, to the villagers, and to Anna and Elsa themselves. The shop features a themed makeup and hairstyling station, allowing visitors to get ready for the Festival and explore the village in a fully immersive environment.

  • Frozen Ever After Ride

Regarding the attraction, it's a boat ride, an upgraded version of an existing ride at EPCOT, in the Norwegian pavilion: Frozen Ever After. Visitors are invited to hop aboard a boat and experience the adventures of Elsa and Anna across 10 iconic scenes (12 if you include boarding and docking), all culminating in a surprising twist, reminiscent of the Pirates of the Caribbean ride.

  • Arendelle Celebration: Daytime Show Along the Marina

In the Arendelle Bay, visitors can experience Celebration in Arendelle, a fifteen-minute show performed multiple times daily. During the performance, Elsa, Anna, Kristoff, Olaf, and the villagers arrive aboard three grand Viking ships crafted by the renowned French shipyard Couach. These vessels are beautifully decorated by long-standing artisan partners of Disneyland Paris, including Prelud for Kristoff’s ship.

Designed as an interactive experience, the show encourages visitors to sing along with iconic songs from Frozen, such as Let It Go and You're Gonna Be. It also features brand-new compositions by Kristen Anderson-Lopez and Robert Lopez, the Oscar-winning duo behind some of the franchise's most memorable tunes. This creates an exclusive musical journey into the world of Frozen.

An area offering many other surprises!

During the “Celebrations in Arendelle” show, you'll also have the chance to see Olaf in person... Well, sort of. An autonomous animatronic version of him will make its debut in November 2025, brought to life by the park. While you won't be able to meet Olaf elsewhere in the area, you can instead encounter Oaken and the adorable baby troll Mossie.

It is also revealed that "young and old alike will be able to take part in a one-of-a-kind celebration: the Snow Flower Festival, bringing the entire Arendelle village to life, specially decorated for the occasion", according to a press release. "We are very proud to see the Castle, the village, and the North Mountain come alive, and we look forward to visitors entering this world and becoming part of the story", explained Michel den Dulk, Vice President and Creative Portfolio Executive Director at Walt Disney Imagineering Paris.

See you next spring to discover the beauty of Arendelle!
