Frozen makes its debut at Disneyland Paris with the "Celebration in Arendelle" show

Disneyland Paris is set to premiere "Celebration in Arendelle" on March 29, 2026, a brand new musical show inspired by Frozen. Set across from the water, visitors are encouraged to sing along to the iconic songs from the franchise—an experience specially designed for families and musical lovers alike.

Dragonships sail in Arendelle Bay and new songs for Celebration in Arendelle

On the Bay, three Viking longships have transformed into stunning floating stages for Celebration in Arendelle. Built in partnership with Couach Construction Navale, a French company based on the Arcachon Basin, and decorated by long-standing partners of Disneyland Paris, these ships set the scene in a Nordic-inspired backdrop. Kristoff’s longship, in particular, was painted by Prelud, a company located near Dijon.

As you walk by, the first notes of Let It Go or I Seek You will echo around you, making it impossible not to sing along with the crowd. For this exclusive show at the Parisian park, songwriters Kristen Anderson-Lopez and Robert Lopez, Oscar winners for Let It Go, have crafted brand-new songs specifically for Arendelle Bay. This adds fresh material to a repertoire already beloved for hits like The Spring Awakening and In Another World, which have been widely streamed around the world.

Olaf makes a grand entrance on the Bay… and he's more authentic than ever!

Another reason to stop by the Bay: the debut of a new robotic Olaf, unveiled ahead of the conference by Bruce Vaughn, President of Walt Disney Imagineering. Developed by the R&D teams in partnership with Disney Live Entertainment and the animation studios, this animated character offers interactions that are close to what you’ve seen in the various videos circulating online.

This is a show our team previewed before the area officially opened. Lasting about 15 minutes, three drakkars arrive one after the other—first Kristoff’s, then the villagers’, and finally Anna and Elsa’s—for a lively festival of songs, all from the beloved film saga. The magic doesn’t stop at the boats, as Arendelle residents come ashore along the port to dance and keep the atmosphere vibrant.

But don’t think it’s just a musical medley: there’s a story, and it’s quite well told (and easy to follow) through dialogues that switch between French and English. Water jets, fireworks, and even fake snow (Disney-style, with foam flakes reminiscent of the holiday season on Main Street U.S.A.) set the scene for a fun, musical experience everyone can enjoy.

Since the show takes place all around the Arendelle Bay, finding a good vantage point is key to enjoying it fully. Luckily, you can see it comfortably from nearly anywhere—boats circle around the bay, ensuring everyone gets a good view. We recommend positioning yourself between the small lighthouse and the fountain, facing the castle and the Fjord View Shop (our photos can help you find your spot), so you catch the water jets and the spectacular finale, which we won’t spoil for you.

If you miss it, no worries: the show runs several times a day. Just check the park’s app for the schedule. Still, try to arrive early, as the viewing area is quite compact and spots fill up quickly.
