The Rendez-Vous aux Jardins will be held again on the weekend of June 6-8, 2025. In Paris and throughout the Île-de-France region, this cultural and bucolic event offers a wide range of outdoor activities in private and public gardens. It's a chance to explore our botanical heritage, with events taking place in a wide range of green spaces, including castles, museums and places that are usually closed to the public. Whether you're looking for a weekend out with the family, a romantic stroll, a getaway with friends or a solitary stroll, the Rendez-Vous aux Jardins are a not-to-be-missed event when the weather turns warm.
The whole Paris region is getting in on the act, with events sprouting up all over theÎle-de-France region for this springtime rendezvous. The department of Essonne, for example, offers a wide range of visits and events for all ages. Gardens on the horizon
Take a gardener’s stroll through the city by visiting 10 gardens that open their doors and dazzle you with their shapes, colors, and variety. Expect encounters with models clothed in greenery, tastings of garden produce, as well as exhibitions and observation workshops.

Exhibition: Paper Garden — a botanical stroll through Corbeil-Essonnes
Marie-Christine Boisson, painter and nature enthusiast, and a longtime illustrator for botanical magazines and editions, offers her take on city greenery through a watercolor exhibition rich in bright, vivid tones. Ancient plants, unusual or unexpected species await the passerby around every street corner.

Sketching with the Sun

Introductory tour of the mill's garden and its exhibition
Visit to a meadow garden bursting with flowers, tucked away in a green setting with a vegetable patch and a bamboo grove. A spotlight on nature watching, especially the tiny creatures, featuring an exhibit on biodiversity in urban nature.
