This summer, street artist Emyart's is taking on a bold challenge: to crisscross 12 towns in Seine-et-Marne to create 12 murals. Here’s more about this itinerant project, staged as part of the 8th edition of the Par has'Art! festival.

Have you heard of the event "Par has'Art !"? Organized by Paris - Vallée de la Marne, this street arts festival fills a week each summer with free performances. This year, the "Par has'Art ! festival" returns for its new, eighth edition, taking place from June 26 to July 4, 2026 across 12 communes in Seine-et-Marne. Beyond dance, music, and circus, the festival also shines a light on art, notably street art!

This summer, a street artist will be especially highlighted. Meet Emyart's. For the festival "Par has'Art !", she has conceived a traveling project called "Chroma". The idea? To cycle through 12 towns in Seine-et-Marne and, in each commune, create a 2 x 2 meter mural on a canvas in just a few hours. Curious onlookers and street-art enthusiasts will be able to watch live as a work—entirely executed with oil pastels on a painted background—comes to life. Another feature: the partner towns of the Chroma project will take part in the creative process by selecting three colors from a list provided by Emyart's.

So, when and where will it be possible to see Emyart's in action? The artist will launch their itinerant project in Chelles on June 26, before heading to Torcy, Roissy-en-Brie, Croissy-Beaubourg, Lognes, Noisiel, Émerainville, as well as Champs-sur-Marne. Emyart's will wrap up their marathon on July 4 in the commune of Pontault-Combault.
