The capital, despite its very urban feel, abounds in small green spaces, parks and gardens where you can take a break and go green. But it's still hard to find a small, pollution-free corner of greenery where you can relax in peace and quiet. Fortunately, just a few kilometers away and thanks to Paris's many train stations, you can access sublime spots covering acres of forest and parkland, sometimes even close to châteaux! And if you want to discover the region's gardens from top to bottom, we've got just the event for you: the Rendez-vous aux Jardins!
This event invites you to explore the green spaces of Île-de-France and take part in nature- and gardening-related activities, returning from June 5–7, 2026. All weekend long, you’ll soak in a panorama of landscapes and garden styles across the Île-de-France departments, and breathe in the fresh air. For those looking to venture away from the capital, slip the Navigo pass into your backpack, and off to a stretch of sunny days!
In this selection, we've brought together all the participating parks and gardens, accessible from Paris with your Navigo pass. Hop on a bus, Transilien or RER, they're waiting for you!
Which green space will you be visiting?
