To take a counterpoint to the major trade shows, SOIF unveils Premiers Jus, the living, natural wine show that focuses on a new generation of artisans and winemakers. On May 17 and 18, 2025, we invite you to the Arches Citoyennes, the third-party venue on the forecourt of Paris City Hall, to discover the creations of some thirty winemakers, distillers and even creators of non-alcoholic beverages.
What they all have in common is that they've all been in existence for less than three years, and are driven by a desire to "produce differently, as close as possible to the living world, in direct contact with matter, the soil and the seasons". An opportunity to taste, understand, exchange and question new ways of doing things (well), between amateurs, strollers and enlightened wine drinkers.
In addition to tastings of savory beverages, a grand banquet is also organized by chef Alexis Bijaoui on Saturday evening. A plant-based dinner, with raw produce and fire-fired cooking, by reservation only (€87).
Then, after a good feast, it's time to party on the dancefloor. From 7 p.m. until 2 a.m., DJs will be setting the decks on fire. The best part? The party's free (subject to availability)!
