The Gare Ornano has been reborn from its ashes thanks to an incredible project initiated by SINNY & OOKO, currently behind the Machine du Moulin Rouge and the Pavillon des Canaux.
For La REcyclerie, they have imagined an atypical concept! To revive the Gare Ornano, located at the Porte de Clignancourt, in the 18th arrondissement of Paris, and transform it into a real place of life with a restaurant (with a new theme every week), a bar and a program based on the principle of recovery.
Valuing collaborative initiatives, raising awareness of"consum'actors", promoting recycling... These principles of reasoned and responsible consumption are reflected both in the bar-restaurant offer, based on fresh and seasonal products, but also through various proposed events: DIY workshops, exhibitions, vegetable gardens...
You will also find at La REcyclerie the wine En Vrac. The concept? Rehabilitate a practice of yesteryear: the wine in the tank. To serve itself in wine with the tank is a gesture at the same time "ecologic" and ludic. The Recyclerie has therefore chosen to install three vats of wine from small French producers: red, white and rosé.
Discover also the workshop of René, the team's handyman, whose mission is to repair everything and even to initiate you to the art of DIY.
La REcyclerie is a unique place with a large bar, an open kitchen, colorful chairs, a terrace, a mezzanine, a grocery store... In short, everything you need to spend a pleasant summer and relax with friends over a drink!
Note that La REcyclerie is not finished with its projects since the place plans to welcome an urban farm, imagined by Jardin Jade and YA+K!
