Ritz Bar Summer 2026: flower-powered cocktails to sip in the hotel's Grand Garden on Place Vendôme

Behind the façades of the Place Vendôme, the Ritz Paris opens up its garden… and not just a little. From April 24 to September 12, 2026, the Ritz Bar d’Été takes root in the Grand Jardin for an open-air season that smells of cocktails and the long, sun-kissed days. And good news for afternoon lovers who like to stretch it out: from 3:00 PM, cocktails (with or without alcohol) and canapés kick things off. A perfect invitation to linger the afternoon into the golden hour.

Green is the season's hottest look

Tucked away (but not too discreetly) on more than 1,600 m², the Grand Jardin plays the part of a discreet Eden. Here, the focus is on the art of living: soft light, stately greenery, and a pleasantly singular vibe. A grand-cru summer bar, where you come to let loose… with elegance.

Cocktails that make your taste buds blossom

At the shaker, Romain de Courcy cultivates a taste for travel. His menu? A botanico-sensory stroll through the world’s most beautiful gardens. Each creation distills his signature, between floral notes, fruity accords and sunny nods. Lavender, coconut, neroli, elderflower… the aromas sketch an itinerary from Provence, England, Corsica, Kerala, Casablanca or Veracruz. The extra twist: natural essences sourced in Grasse, exclusively for the Ritz Bar.

Eight creations make up this summer collection — all available in non-alcoholic versions — among them A Garden at the Ritz (magnolia, cassis bud, vanilla, champagne), A Garden in Provence (strawberry, lavender, rosemary, sparkling rosé), or A Garden on the Isle of Beauty (apricot liqueur, immortelle, pomelo, Prosecco).

And for purists? The grands classiques are well represented here: Saint-Germain Spritz, Negroni, Americano, Dry Martini, not to mention champagnes and wines by the glass that pair perfectly.

Braises & Mediterranean Spirit

As the sun starts to dip, the garden shifts into chic ember mode. Every Friday and Saturday from 5:30 p.m., the binchotan barbecue crackles, grilling skewers with Mediterranean notes: falafel and mushrooms, marinated chicken with cébettes, or shrimp and lobster keftas.
