Gourmets know that cream puffs are all the rage! AndOdette fans won't tell you otherwise...
Opened in January 2013, in the 5th arrondissement, this store dedicated entirely to cream puffs didn't take long to seduce your taste buds!
Behind the brand is Frédéric Berthy, who has chosen to surround himself with pastry chefs with whom he has worked on recipes to rediscover the famous taste of yesteryear.
The result? Odette' s 6- or 12-cup cream puff boxes offer both gourmet and classic flavors. Vanilla or chocolate, pistachio or coffee, green tea or salted butter caramel, lemon, wild berries or praline...
And to sublimate these creations, the icing on Odette's puffs covers them with a colorful, decorated hat that sets them apart from the puffs on the "pièces montées".
In response to this success, Odette opened a new boutique last December, this time in the capital's 1st arrondissement.
Head to rue Galande or rue Montorgueil to sample these succulent cream puffs, accompanied by real hot chocolate, or a wide selection of teas and coffees.
Choux available in 9 flavours: chocolate, coffee, praline, caramel, forest fruits, pistachio, green tea, lemon and vanilla.
