Gourmands know it, cream puffs are very popular! And it is notOdette 's fans who will tell you otherwise...
Opened in January 2013, in the 5th arrondissement, this store entirely dedicated to cream puffs did not take long to seduce your taste buds!
Behind this sign, we find Frédéric Berthy who chose to surround himself with pastry chefs with whom he worked the recipes to find the famous taste of yesteryear.
The result? Odette offers, via boxes of 6 or 12 cream puffs, flavors that are both gourmet and classic. Vanilla or chocolate, pistachio or coffee, green tea or salted butter caramel, lemon, forest fruits or praline...
And to enhance these creations, the icing of Odette's choux covers them with a small colored and decorated hat which distinguishes them from the choux of the "pièces montées".
Faced with its success, Odette opened a new boutique last December, this time in the 1st arrondissement of the capital.
Go to rue Galande or rue Montorgueil to taste these succulent cream puffs, accompanied by a real hot chocolate or a variety of teas and coffees.
Choux available in 9 flavors: chocolate, coffee, praline, caramel, forest fruits, pistachio, green tea, lemon and vanilla.
