On the menu for the green brunch at the Marriott des Champs-Elysées scheduled for Sunday, April 24, 2016, a large buffet of fresh, seasonal produce to be enjoyed on the hotel's hidden terrace.
In addition to breads and pastries, a "Bike and Blend" workshop will take place in the hotel lobby. The principle is simple: you choose your fruit and pedal to blend your smoothie.
This fun and original concept allows users to blend their own smoothie while pedaling. For every photo or video posted with #OneForTheFuture, Marriott will plant a tree to repopulate a forest in India.
Then, to continue, club sandwiches with house-smoked salmon, seafood platters from sustainable fisheries, an assortment of sushi/maki and original, gourmet salads.
The brunch ends on a sweet note, with a honey-orange moelleux, a mango and sechuan pepper tartlet, or a soy milk panacotta with basil coulis and crunchy speculos moscovado!
