The5 Pailles Coffee-Shop is located in the Saint-Denis district and already has its regulars. The project is the brainchild of 5 friends from Istanbul, who are as close as the fingers of one hand. After observing the Coffee Shop phenomenon, particularly in London, they decided to set up their own address in Paris, where this type of concept is slowly but surely gaining ground.
They set their sights on the Saint-Denis district. This popular, hipster area appealed to them, and they were convinced that it would be the perfect place for their little haven of peace. So it was at 79 rue du Faubourg Saint-Denis that they took up residence and began to win over the hearts of local residents.
In a hybrid of post-industrial and natural decor, 5 Pailles welcomes you like a friend. Warm and friendly, it's a meeting point for a drink with friends, a workspace, or simply a place to chill out. Expect to hear every language spoken here, as the place is already attracting Anglo-Saxons, both visiting and expatriate.
The big plus? Healthy, homemade catering. Sandwiches or salads for omnis and vegans alike, all cooked with fresh produce - what more could you ask for? Coffee, of course! After trying out different roasters, the 5 Pailles team finally selected three: Lomi (France), Bonaza (Germany) and Cabra (Denmark). 
To accompany your drink, 5 Pailles intends to tempt you with their desserts. In particular, it offers a cinnamon roll, less sweet or stuffy than those we're used to tasting. The Blueberry Financier is also a real favorite: a bergamot-scented cake, lemon cream and a few blueberries. 
All in all, 5 Pailles offers excellent value for money in a cosy place where you feel right at home. What are we waiting for?
