She’s Cake by Sephora, the Cheesecake revolution in Paris

Cheesecake lovers will be happy. Coming in She’s Cake by Sephora, they discover the tearoom of their dreams where their favorite cake is everywhere. They are beautiful, they are tasty, but first and foremost, each recipe results from a hard research work from the founder, Sephora Saada.

But can we really talk about a pastry chef? When we see her creations, we would rather call her a culinary stylist. Sephora Saada dresses each of her pastry in order that the only thing higher than the recipe’s extravaganza is the beauty of the so-called cake. She dared it and we love people who dare.

She dared to combine chestnut cream with orange blossom to create Keiko, mix the softness of a winter flavor and the spring freshness of a floral flavor. She also dares to make us see life through rose-colored glasses with Sheli-Rose with a rocking trio: Rose, Litchi and Raspberry.

She also dares to make us stop where inspiration leads her. Matcha and peanut butter become the Tokyo-Brooklyn cheesecake. The Ellie-Wasabi one surprises us with its coconut and its very fresh strawberries that developed a special feeling for a Japanese mustard heart. Coffee, mango from Peru and Speculoos create the Manga cheesecake.

Does she stop here? No, this isn’t something she would do. And here she’s creating a cheesecake version of the Irish Coffee, mixing champagne, raspberry and whipped cream to create her Betty Boop… and here’s that coconut falls for passion fruit and that bergamot and raspberry become inseparable. Yes, Sephora does dare, and we love it!

But, do you know what her craziest challenge has been? Her savory cheesecakes. Every day, a different recipe and our taste buds are still singing.
