Madame Brasserie's brunch on the Eiffel Tower, relaxation at the summit

The second floor of the Eiffel Tower is getting a new culinary offering: the Madame Brasserie brunch. Starting this November 19, 2023, this Sunday gourmet experience conceived by Chef Thierry Marx, invites us to feast on Paris's most iconic monument. After climbing to the top and watching Paris shrink beneath your feet, head for the restaurant's cosy lounge, bathed in an authentic Parisian atmosphere.

The tasting begins with an artisan baker's cart, offering an assortment of viennoiseries and breads, topped with jam, honey, butter and homemade praliné. We then move on to the artisan cheese & charcuterie buffet, with an exquisite selection of cheeses from Marie-Anne Cantin and charcuterie from Maison Vérot.

Brunch continues with a choice of 3 savory waffles and 3 eggs Benedict. These include endives and goat's cheese with mustard, blue lobster with fennel risotto and orange beurre blanc, and yellow farm poultry with crispy sucrine and Comté cheese. Eggs Benedict served on toasted bread with a variety of accompaniments, including Île de France trout, button mushrooms and Comté ham.

For those with a sweet tooth, the dessert & fresh fruit buffet offers fine seasonal fruit tarts, chocolate cream, fromage blanc, plain yoghurt and a selection of fresh fruit.

This original brunch is available only on Sundays, outside school vacations, from November 19, 2023. To take advantage of it, we recommend you book via the official Eiffel Tower ticket office. Coupled tickets, from €57.10, include a visit to the summit and brunch.
