Cédric Grolet, the pastry chef so beloved by Parisians and tourists alike, is opening a brand new boutique x coffee shop in Paris, just a few steps from his famous boutique on Avenue de l'Opéra , where sweet tooths from all over the world flock day after day. The Cédric Grolet Café has just opened its doors on rue Danielle Casanova, in the 2nd arrondissement!

After conquering taste buds the world over with his trompe-l'oeil fruit, the pastry chef is now tackling a new project, unveiling his vision of the coffee shop with this third address. " With the opening of this new boutique, I'm delighted to be able to offer a new concept with new creations that will evolve in five variations over the seasons, just like my collections," explains Cédric Grolet, to whet the appetite of coffee-lovers.

In detail, this pocket-sized Cédric Grolet Café offers a wide selection of hot and cold drinks, from the classic Flat White to the most original Milk Punch. Lovers of more traditional coffees can also discover a menu of Ethiopian and Brazilian coffees.

Two new inventions make their grand entrance at the Cédric Grolet Café: croissants-beignets filled with an airy vanilla or hazelnut cream, and, above all, cookies-pizzas by the slice or in XXL format, topped with praline, caramel, chocolate and dried fruit. Diabolical!
