Since May 2014, Frédéric Claudel has been offering simple cuisine in an exceptional venue, the Les Ombres restaurant at the Musée du Quai Branly, which boasts a panoramic view of the Eiffel Tower. Usually closed on Sunday lunchtimes, the restaurant exceptionally opens its doors for a vitamin-packed brunch.
