We Eat Africa Festival

On Saturday July 7, 2018, will be held in the Parisian suburb, We Eat Africa – the festival of the African cuisines. Unknown and often underrated, African gastronomy will be given pride of place thanks to the chefs related to promoting it.

This first edition of the We Eat Africa Festival, highlighting the following theme: “Chefs’ Festival”, gives pride of place to culinary artists. Standards of the varied African cuisines, they share their experience throughout the day likely to be rich in discoveries and flavors.

Worldwide famous chefs such as Christian Abégan, Rougui Dia, Alexandre Bella Ola and even Fatema Hal will meet visitor around workshops, conferences and tasting sessions. Africa is full of still unknown culinary treasures. In one of his interviews, Thierry Marx said that it’s the “last continent to explore”. So, with exhibitors from African delicatessen, wines or cooking books are to be discovered all along this exceptional day.

Meet from 9 a.m. at Espace le Karé set at 45 avenue Edouard Vaillant in Boulogne-Billancourt, near the Marcel Sembat metro station. Careful, places are limited, and you can access the event only upon booking.
