Located in Pigalle, in the 9th arrondissement, the Bus Palladium finally closed its doors in March 2022, much to the disappointment of rock music fans. Exactly four years later, in March 2026, this legendary concert venue is set to reopen... but under a completely different guise and purpose.
The Bus Palladium is poised to transform into a charming boutique 5-star hotel. It will feature a restaurant with 24-hour service, a stylish cocktail bar, a rooftop terrace, and a club for unforgettable nights. The project is led by the venue’s longtime owner, Christian Casmèze, alongside Nicolas Saltiel, founder of the Chapitre Six hotel collection.
To turn this one-of-a-kind venue into a standout destination, Christian and Nicolas enlisted the expertise of Studio KO’s Karl Fournier and Olivier Marty, as well as Caroline de Maigret for creative direction, and Lionel Bensemoun, a key figure in Paris's nightlife scene. Bensemoun is eager to host an array of events, including concerts, DJ sets, performances, shows, and afterparties, in the brand-new club capable of hosting 200 guests.
On the boutique hotel side, it will feature 35 rooms and a 'Rock' suite spanning 70m², a restaurant offering cuisine by Top Chef Valentin Raffali, a cocktail bar, and an intimate rooftop terrace perfect for elevated happy hours. Mark your calendars for March to experience the new look of the Bus Palladium!
