Vincent Fiorani is the man behind this friendly, quality venue, a man full of pep and always full of ideas, passionate about wine and an epicurean. After a first experience as an entrepreneur in which he was bored, he decided to enter the wine business, which he particularly likes. On his travels to Greece, Argentina, Italy and Spain, he honed his palate and discovered a wealth of flavors that it was impossible for him not to share. That's why he set up a tasting school, DEGUST'Emoi, with oenology courses in 10 towns across France, followed by Jéroboam, his wine and food cellar!

But Jeroboam is not a place like any other. On the one hand, there's the wine cellar, with more than 350 references, from the €10 bottle up to €400, most of them organic or biodynamic. Adjacent to this - and you can move from one to the other without leaving the room - is the dining area.
Seated on high tables, in a warm decor combining wood, steel and a beautiful petrol blue wall, all you have to do is let yourself be guided by the Jéroboam team, with their attentive care and excellent advice. You can taste one of the 25 wines offered by the glass, preserved in machines. To do this, you have a card system. Either you are given a 50€ card on which you only pay for what you consume, or you buy a 50€ card worth 60€, which you can use until it runs out each time you come. We love the fun of choosing your own wine and quantity. 3, 6 or 9 cl, depending on your tastes. And above all, the fact that you can taste good wines at a lower price! The wines are regularly renewed.
If you prefer, you can choose a bottle from the cellar, for which you pay the full price plus €8 corkage fee, to be consumed on the premises. There's even a slightly more secret wine cellar, with old vintages...

To accompany these sweet beverages, let yourself be tempted by the menu of the charming Jessica, who is inspired by the wines on offer and the theme of the moment to suggest the dish that will go perfectly with them. In fact, every month there's a new theme, such as Italy, Greece, Bordeaux, the Loire... In November, it'll be Sicily, and in December, Burgundy!
The kitchen is open to the public, so you can watch as it executes its dishes and cooking with brio! For example, we tried the Gaspacho à la poutargue (7€), but also the poulette de la cour d'Armoize and its green papaya salad (10€) or the mackerel, ginger and zucchini (9€ ), which my palate still remembers. And let's not forget the cheeses from the unmissable "4Hommes" and, for a sweet touch, the chocolate fondant with dulce de leche, almonds and figs (7€)! To name but one. The dishes are really tasty and competitively priced!

In addition to the cellar and the table, there's a very pleasant room in the basement that can be used for private events, accommodating up to 40 people. Buffet menus are available, and wine-related activities are also on offer.
Because the owner doesn't stop there, he's looking forward to welcoming you every Saturday for oenology classes. He will also be organizing themed evenings and cocktail workshops... Lots of great projects to come for this atypical place where good vibes reign supreme!
In short, if you're an epicurean who loves good wine, with the gourmet dish that goes with it, and you're curious about discovering new things and sharing them with friends in a very pleasant place where conviviality is the order of the day, go to Jéroboam! And best of all, you won't go broke!
