Le Coq Rico launches its 100% poultry street food offer

Cock-a-doodle-doo! Chef Antoine Westermann is facing up a new adventure and unveils at Le Coq Rico – his restaurant perched at the top of Montmartre – a brand-new, exclusive and mouthwatering street food offer 100% poultry based, available as take-away, on site, or delivery.

Seated on the new summer terrace of the restaurant devoted to fleshy poultries, safe from the sun on rue Lepic, seated on the stairs of the Sacré Coeur, or chic picnicking in one of the parks in the 18^th arrondissement, or how about, slouched on your sofa, in front of a TV show, this New-York inspired finger food will delight poultry fans and other curious.

On the menu, three dishes to eat with your fingers without feeling guilty:

• Plancha-cooked poultry sausage, super light, served with basil-seasoned tomato confit (€11)
• Whole super-crispy Ratte potatoes sprinkled with salt from Noirmoutier (€6)
• You can have on either of them some exquisite Gribiche-inspired sauce with onions, cilantro, fresh mint (€1.50) – we know a President who would have loved it for sure.
• Poultry burger with arugula, pineapple chutney, and a delicate and light candied pineapple mayonnaise (€12).

You get it, with this new street food offer, Le Coq Rico and its chef Antoine Westermann keep on giving French poultry pride of place in original shapes, to take everywhere!
