Avocateria, the king of avocado toast in the heart of the Sentier district

Avocado lovers, here is a spot that should make your mouth water! L'Avocateria is a little ray of sunshine located in the heart of the Sentier, rue du Caire, offering a selection of tasty avocado toasts.

Theavocado, a trendy fruit (yes, the avocado is a fruit in the botanical sense of the term...)? A tasty ingredient, in any case, that Linda Trin and Alexandre Hattab have decided to work on throughAvocateria, an avocado bar located in the heart of the Sentier district, on rue du Caire, and offering a whole range ofavocado toasts, among others, for all lovers of exotic cuisine.

The idea behind this brand (and behind this seduction operation) is to rethink the customer experience and break the codes of traditional restaurants by offering healthy and gourmet cuisine. And an ambition too: to make home-made dishes accessible to all without butter, added sugar and above all without additives or preservatives.

When you arrive in front of the establishment, you are immediately surprised by its pastel pink front, which attracts the eye at first sight. Then, when you enter, you are also struck by its warm interior, with wooded touches, a real bubble of vegetal comfort. On the kitchen side, the avocado toasts are as tasty as you could wish for, like the"Kiss my Hass" described above, the"Bombay Express" composed of toasted country bread, creamy curry hummus, Hass avocado, watermelon radish and salad, or the Athene Vibe, including toasted country bread, very sweet beet hummus, Hass avocado, feta, coriander and salad.

For burger lovers, enjoy theAvo Burger, a burger with brioche bun, signature guacamole, feta, homemade red cabbage pickles, mesclun, homemade tahini sauce and quinoa tortillas, or indulge in the Healthy burger, a sandwich made with brioche buns, homemade beet ketchup, aged cheddar, Hass avocado, cucumber pickles, mesclun and quinoa tortillas. And if not, avocado bowls and Apero Time boards will complete the offer, for a moment of indulgence just as green as the rest of the menu.

Note also that for dessert,avocado is also available in sweet dishes: a succulent Valrhona chocolate brownie with avocado and salted peanuts, a soft lemon cake with avocado-lime cream, poppy seeds and fresh raspberries, or a Granola Bowl... A great way to end your meal.

A menu that we could test in click & collect. Our favorite, an avocado toast, of course: theAthene Vibes, made with organic sourdough bread, beet hummus, avocado and feta. A fresh and slightly acidic toast, ideal in summer to cool down. And if not, you can indulge yourself with the healthy desserts on the menu.
