Since it has reopened, Hôtel de Crillon in Paris keeps on renewing its offers to make you all enjoy its legendary setting! After making us rock all summer long with the Yacht Club terrace and awakening our senses with tasting workshops with sommelier chef, here’s that the famous hotel offers us to toast facing the place de la Concorde.

Les Ambassadeurs, the intimate bar helps spreading the influence of this beautiful address with the Concorde terrace offering us lovely views on the obelisk and the fountains set on this emblematic square in Paris with the National Assembly in the background. A charming show that keeps on amazing us by day and by night.

And to make the most of this beautiful setting, we enjoy the creations designed by barman chef Eric Sabloniere for the Fall/Winter season. On the menu then, two signature cocktails likely to delight palates looking for beautiful discoveries. The Pretty in Pink based on vodka, port, peach, honey, lemon the whole shaken with champagne to make every fruit lover happy. The flavors of this cheeky cocktail present a sour and bubbly outcome awakening our taste buds.

As for the Concorde, it’s a true pastry but served like a cocktail. It’s a bold creation based on pisco, hazelnut, Concorde pear (congrats for the nod) and chocolate. A true success perfectly showing the soul of Paris during the Holidays: a whirlwind of sweetness and greed that makes us feel like a child again.

But that’s not all. Going to Les Ambassadeurs also means we’re about to enjoy a gustatory experience you’re not likely to forget any time soon. And to bring another dimension to this tasting, L’Ecrin gourmet restaurant joins the party. Chef Boris Campanella came up with two appetizers to accompany this surprising creation: vodka Beluga infused with foie gras and a few drops of cherry vinegar.

The first bite, made of goat’s cheese mousse, figs and chickpeas bring out notes of foie gras and another dimension to this exceptional spirit. The second appetizer is based on celery, horseradish and granny smith apple to soften the taste buds and bringing a nice ending touch to the tasting of this exclusive creation, before sipping another cocktail. A wonderful experience that foodies looking for new flavors want to enjoy!
