The Triplettes de Belleville Brunch

Freshly taken over by new owners, notably those of Appartement Saint-Martin, Les Triplettes de Belleville now offers a nice, affordable brunch for our casual Sundays.

For €20, you get a hot drink, a fresh juice and a plate of your choice. You can choose between :

• Bacon: mozarella toast, arugula, tomato, pesto and parma ham.
• Smoked salmon: smoked salmon toast, Saint-Maure de Tourraine, cream cheese and cucumber dill.
• Or Tempura de champignon portobello, cheddar with mo-zarella toast, arugula, tomato and pesto for vegetarians.

These dishes are all accompanied by croissant, spinach sprout and radish with lemon, maple pancake, poached egg with Bénédicte sauce and ramekin of fromage blanc, chocolate concassé and honey.
