Recently taken over by new owners – especially those of the Appartement Saint-Martin – the Triplettes de Belleville now serves a lovely and affordable brunch for laid-back Sundays.

For €20 you can get a hot drink, a fresh juice and a dish of your choice. You can choose between:

• Bacon: mozzarella toast, arugula, tomato, pesto, country ham
• Smoked salmon: smoked salmon toast, goat cheese, cream cheese, chives, garlic, cucumber
• Mushroom tempura with cheddar: mozzarella toast, arugula, tomato and pesto for vegetarians

These dishes are all served with croissant, spinach sprouts and lemon radishes, maple syrup pancake, Benedict egg and some cottage cheese with chocolate and honey.
