To wave goodbye to 2021 as one should, the Hôtel de Crillon has four New Year’s Eve parties ready with menus for different costs. From the Les Salons Historiques to the Les Ambassadeurs bar to the Ecrin and the Brasserie d’Aumont, choose your atmosphere! And happy new year!

To celebrate 2022 in a beautiful palace in Paris, the Hôtel de Crillon is a staple venue. This iconic place enlivening the Place de la Concorde expects you on December 31, 2021 for a New Year’s Eve both gourmet and festive with several menus shining a light on noble products and a DJ set! Choose your favorite atmosphere.

In the Les Salons Historiques, enjoy what makes the very soul of the Hôtel de Crillon through the magnificent setting loaded with history. Enjoy a unique menu in six courses for €750 per person, including a bottle of champagne for two, the whole in a musical atmosphere provided by Charly’s Angel.

Duck foie gras royale, chestnut and black truffle

Scallops marinated in passion fruit, Kristal caviar and acidulous mango

Flounder form our coast with seaweed, shellfish stew and Maltese sauce

Bresse chicken from Maison Miéral cooked two ways, winter vegetables glazed with black truffle

Reblochon and yellow wine crémeux, Piedmont hazelnut biscuit

Frozen meringue, clementine and aloe vera

Chestnut stick, chocolate leaf and aged rum

Genuine gourmet jewel, the Hôtel de Crillon’s starred restaurant, the L’Ecrin, also intends to make you move from 2021 to 2022 with a menu likely to mark your spirits. This time, enjoy bold dishes shaking the rules. Served for €680 per person, with an extra €280 for wine pairing, this 7-course tasting is a genuine experience to enjoy on New Year’s Eve. Add to this a performance of classic and contemporary arias by Flash Opéra and you get an unforgettable night.

Breton crab, razor clams and sea urchins refreshed with caviar, mint, sweet pepper, and vanilla

Winter vegetable stew, bone marrow, black truffle, grated horseradish and truffle melba

XXL jumbo shrimp cooked in a short broth, seaweed and caviar lime, leeks, truffle and Granny Smith apple

Fried seabass from Erqui, poached Fesnaye Bay oyster, steamed smooth salsifies, and Champagne sauce

Suckling veal chop dish, parsnip and apple, walnut, gravy

Alpine Beaufort and Swiss dried beef, vinaigrette, aged Beaufort, herbs and cress cannelloni

Ruby grapefruit, black tea shortbread with a wasabi touch, candied grapefruit zest and sorbet

Hazelnut chocolate tart, black truffle, praline heart and iced chocolate

At the Brasserie d’Aumont, enjoy a chic and friendly atmosphere with a very comforting menu in five courses focusing on guilty pleasures. Ideal to enjoy sophisticated terroir cuisine thanks to the hotel’s know-how, along with a jazz vibe performed by Kam & Co duo. To enjoy this festive menu, allow €380 per person.
