The journey continues for Big Mamma (created by Victor Lugger and Tigrane Seydoux). After delighting thousands of taste buds thanks to five addresses scattered across Paris, the Big Mamma group, specialized in traditional Italian cuisine, opens a new and 6th restaurant highlighting grilled food and barbecue. Pink Mamma takes over Pigalle and awaits you starting from June 21, 2017.

After East Mamma in Bastille, Ober Mamma in Oberkampf, Mamma Primi in Batignolles, Big Love Caffè in the Marais and Popolare, offering pizza at very low cost near the Bourse quarter, Big Mamma extends its family by opening a new establishment changing the original concept and highlighting grilled food.

Nestled in the trendy quarter of Pigalle, this new restaurant named Pink Mamma opens on Wednesday June 21, 2017 at 20 bis rue de Douai.

To go into more details, Pink Mamma covers a four-story building, and the icing on the cake is that on the last floor, a wonderful glass roof covers a room. Each floor has its own décor and its universe offering a spacious and private area.

In terms of the menu, Pink Mamma is a large trattoria where you will find 1-kg T-Bone, 2-kg Tomahawk steak. Thanks to the 3-m long barbecue, burning cherry wood and quebracho wood to give an unrivaled taste, meat lovers will be over the moon. Add genuine Tuscan recipes and you will feel like being in Tuscany.

Of course, no tasty recipe goes without good meat. The challenge was to find a meat to die for (tender and tasty) and at competitive prices. They decided to buy whole cows and to cook each and every part of the animal. Corn-fed, cows give you then an extraordinary tender meat cured for 45 days, we know you will come back.

Buying their cows also guarantees to have a GMO-free and hormone-free meat which has been bred under good conditions. They decided then to create their own animal breeding from A to Z feeding animals with corn and bred by a French farmer. Result: an unbeatable price-quality ratio.

In short, Pink Mamma will delight you!
