Good news for trattoria lovers as Big Mamma has just opened Mamma Primi.
After East Mamma in Bastille and Ober Mamma in Oberkampf, the Big Mamma family presents us the last one... Named Mamma Primi, the new address of the Big Mamma family is to be discovered in Batignolles since September 1, 2016.
Nestled at No. 71 rue de Rome, Mamma Primi follows in the footsteps of its big brothers and offers high quality products directly from Italian producers. In addition to the famous wood-fired pizzas, Parma Ham DOP 24 Mesi, creamy Burrata, and even the largest Burrata in Paris (500g for 4 people at 32 euros), Mamma Primi has decided to focus on " Primi Piatti ".
For those who do not know this specialty, know that the " Primi Piatti " are fresh pasta, handmade in the restaurant: tortellini, cappelletti, gnocchi ...
Discover for example the"Agnolotti Al Cacao" (handmade ravioli with lamb and cocoa, meat sauce), but also the"Tortelli Mantovani" (Mantua ravioli filled with squash, amareti and gorgonzola) or the"Gnocchi De La Mer" (beautiful fresh mussels, spring onions, tarragon, zucchini)

Finally, the decor is a feast for the eyes thanks to the beautiful work ofAlexander Evangelou (AWI Design) who imagined a place with a feminine, welcoming and vegetal atmosphere where flowers are honored inside as well as outside, on the beautiful terrace of 30 places.
In short, Tigrane Seydoux and Victor Lugger, founders of the brand, are not in a crisis... The proof is in the opening of this third Italian restaurant in Paris.
