BEAU, the chic Dubai-born fast-food brand, opens in Paris with stylish burgers and caviar-topped nuggets

After the "Dubai chocolate," that viral chocolate bar that melted Instagram feeds, a new trend arrives from the emirate with the aim of wowing you… and getting your fingers sticky. Its name: BEAU, a chic fast-food that updates the snack game without losing the comfort of familiarity.

Head to 18 rue Marbeuf, in the 8th arrondissement of Paris, right in the heart of the Golden Triangle, where even the burger seems to have a dress code. The spot opens its doors starting Saturday, May 23 at 12:00 p.m., with a service lineup seven days a week, from 12 p.m. to 11 p.m.

After Dubai in March 2023, Abu Dhabi in April 2024, then Cannes and a pop-up in Saint-Tropez in the summer of 2025, BEAU keeps pushing forward in cities where food is as much about the eye as the bite. Everywhere, the concept sticks to the same playbook: fast food upgraded, where the burger classics keep their DNA but get a sharper look, more couture, more premium.

On the menu, you can’t miss the Chicken Nuggets Caviar: chicken nuggets paired with the caviar, as if a teen’s snack met a palace’s room service. The contrast is blunt, almost brazen: comfort food on one side, a luxe twist on the other. The result: the nugget earns some swagger, the caviar slips from its pedestal, and the snack glams up.
