A taste of the French Riviera at the Café de la Paix from September 15 to October 15, 2017 in Paris. The menu of the Carlton Cannes comes to Place de l’Opéra to make your summer holidays last longer. Be sure to taste the French Riviera!

What about making your summer holidays last longer by eating at the Café de la Paix in Paris?

Yes indeed, the world-famous Carlton Cannes is coming to the restaurant set on Place de l’Opéra and offers a southern menu with a Provençal twist.

So, from September 15 to October 15, 2017, you can enjoy dishes cooked by chef Laurent Bunel.

The Carlton’s menu:
Tuna Panisse served with creamed eggplant, wrinkled tomatoes and sweet pepper juice, scallion vinaigrette and capers

At the same time, the Carlton Cannes will serve signature dishes from the Café de la Paix created by chef Laurent André.
Bourgogne snails with walnuts, chopped root vegetables with crispy puff savory pastry (€31), Parisian dumplings (€33) and Café de la Paix Mille-feuille (€20).
