Chef Sylvestre Wahid wants to make 2-star cuisine accessible to all, and is launching his Discovery Lunches from Tuesday to Friday. He proposes a "signature" menu served in 5 acts and invites your + 1. The perfect opportunity for 2 to discover the delicious cuisine of the Hôtel Thoumieux!

Chef Sylvestre Wahid, 2 Michelin stars, is shaking things up by aiming to make Michelin-starred cuisine accessible to as many people as possible.

Indeed, since February 28, 2018, he has launched his discovery lunches.
The principle: he invites your + 1 to lunch.
Meet Tuesday to Friday lunchtime, on the 1st floor of theHôtel Thoumieux in the double-starred Sylvestre restaurant, to enjoy a carte blanche "Signature" menu served in 5 acts.
