2 Michelin-Star Chef Sylvestre Wahid shakes up the codes by making starred cuisine affordable to a larger public.
As a matter of fact, since February 28, 2018, he’s launched his discovery lunches.
The principle: he invites your +1 for lunch.
Meet from Tuesday to Friday at lunchtime, on the first floor of Hôtel Thoumieux in the two-star restaurant, Sylvestre, to enjoy a 5-course “Signature” menu.
On the menu, this March:
Braised market cauliflower with curry leaves, goji berry / fresh horseradish / milk frost
Line-caught steamed pollock, tamarin / black garlic / XXL razor clam sliced raw
Wild duckling from Madame Burgaud’s / Peking with citrus fruits and Sansho pepper / young chicories / radicchio
Cheese counter / Bernard Mure-Ravaud
Aloe Vera / Pomegranate freshened up by cilantro
Light Menton lemon, crispy shell with sea lettuce and wakame flavors
Chef Sylvestre Wahid doesn’t forget about where he comes from and his ingrained love for French cuisine. This explains the reason why he wants to share this passion with the greatest number by making a 2-star cuisine more affordable.
You will have to pay €195 for 2 persons for the menu with meal and wine pairing.
