Italian food lovers can meet at Perlamatta a brasserie in Paris 15th arrondissement, a few steps from the Parc André Citroën. A restaurant with an original concept: asking Parisians about the graphic identity, the décor and the dishes available on the menu. Opening in May 2019.

A restaurant created… by you! This is what offers Perlamatta, an Italian brasserie said to open in May 2019 in Paris 15th arrondissement, not far from the Parc André Citroën. A place inviting its future patrons to take part in the graphic identity of the premises as well as in the menu and the décor.

To do so, meet on the restaurant Instagram page (@perlamattaparis) or use the #Perlamattaetmoi hashtag and vote for the choices provided by the restaurant. Whatever it be, Perlamatta is said to offer on its opening “an original Italian cuisine based on fresh and seasonal ingredients” as well as a cellar “providing French and Italian wines to pair your meal”.

Coffee enthusiasts are not left out either since the restaurant is said to provide a large range of Italian coffees, “to start the day well or cap off a meat in full glory”. Note the place has also planned to be open non-stop and want to offer a “friendly and clean” décor for a chic brasserie mood. In other words, a beautiful upcoming local brasserie!
