A restaurant created... by you! That's the idea behind Perlamatta, an Italian brasserie opening in May 2019 in Paris's 15th arrondissement, not far from the Parc André Citroën. The establishment is inviting future customers to participate in the creation of the graphic identity of the premises, as well as the menu and decor.
To do so, you can visit the restaurant's Instagram account(@perlamattaparis) or use the hashtag #Perlamattaetmoi and vote for the choices proposed by the establishment. In any case, when it opens, Perlamatta should offer"original Italian cuisine based on fresh, seasonal produce", as well as a cellar"featuring French and Italian wines to accompany your dishes".
Coffee-lovers won't be outdone either, as the restaurant is set to offer a vast selection of Italian coffees,"to get the day off to a good start or to end a meal on a high note". It should be noted that the establishment also plans to open continuously, and aims to offer a"friendly and uncluttered" decor, offering a chic brasserie atmosphere. In short, a future neighborhood brasserie just the way we like them!
