Unemployed journalist Fred has been hired to write the speeches for the campaign of Charlotte Field in the run to become the next President of the United States and who is none other but his former baby-sitter! With his ungroomed look, his humor and his outspokenness, Fred stands out like a sore thumb in Charlotte’s super-codified entourage. In principle they have nothing in common and yet their complicity is obvious. But can a woman promised to such a bright future let herself be seduced by a clumsy and touching man?
