Paris We Love Green Music Festival 2022: Gorillaz, PNL, Laylow, Angèle... full lineup

After cancelling two editions because of the health crisis, We Love Green is back on Thursday June 2, Saturday 4 and Sunday 5, 2022 at Paris Bois de Vincennes. On the occasion, Gorillaz - Damon Albarn's famous band - will play their only show in town with exceptional featurings! The weekend will also feature Massive Attack, PNL, Laylow, Phoenix, Angèle, Juliette Armanet as well as Disclosure, SCH, and Grimes, Jorja Smith, Dinos and Maceo Plex...

You may remember that after taking a year off in 2013, the We Love Green Festival came back strong in 2014, taking over the Parc de Bagatelle for two exceptional days. This third edition welcomed Foals, Cat Power, Lorde, London Grammar and even Pedro Winter. In 2016, PJ Harvey, LCD Soundsystem, Diplo, Air and Hot Chip came to the hotspot - the festival new field in Bois de Vincennes. The outcome? This edition 2016 welcomed 47,000 festivalgoers (record for attendance), as well as 43 concerts and DJ sets and 31 speakers including a conference by modern art poet Olafur Eliasson.

After successful editions in 2017, 2018 and 2019, Festival We Love Green has had to cancel the editions 2020 and 2021 because of Covid-19.

But good news since We Love Green will be back in 2022 with a new edition to live on Thursday June 2, Saturday 4 and Sunday 5, 2022 at the Bois de Vincennes.

Moving on to the lineup, Gorillaz will be there for a show on Thursday June 2, 2022 you do not want to miss for the opening night of the festival. The occasion to enjoy live Damon Albarn and his band for their only show in Paris with exceptional featurings. Together, they will perform for their impatient festivalgoers their latest album, "Song Machine: Season One - Strange Timez", as well as their long-time hits. This will also be the occasion to celebrate their career's 20th anniversary.

For the record, note all tickets for the We Love Green weekend purchased for June 2020, June 201 and/or September 2021 no longer give access to the 2022 edition. You can ask for repayment before Monday November 15. But, tickets purchased for Gorillaz's show - initially planned on Thursday June 3, 2021 - will be valid for Thursday June 2, 2022.
