Nutri-conscience, cooking classes for children that focus on nutrition

Since January 2022, Nutri Conscience has been offering cooking classes to the general public at its workshop in Le Perreux-sur-Marne, in the 94 region of France. From Tuesday to Saturday and during school vacations, Cécile welcomes you to spend two hours preparing delicious plant-based recipes.

Cécile Prat knows all about nutrition: after a career change, she decided to become a certified nutrition coach to help people listen to themselves and eat better, by listening to their bodily sensations, but above all, by cooking. She became a vegetarian several years ago, and has since developed a passion for this creative, balanced and, above all, healthy cuisine. So she decided to introduce it to her friends and family, and now to anyone who would like to try it, at her workshops.

The program includes courses in vegetarian cooking and baking. Vegetarian, yes, but not bland: it's just a question of choosing the products you cook with, hence the absence of flour or refined sugar in Nutri Conscience workshops. You can choose between natural pastry classes, to make cakes with natural sugars, such as the banana brownie, the unusual chocolate-courgette fondant or the gourmet sweet potato dessert. Otherwise, there are also sessions for savory cooking, such as lunch break or dinner break workshops, where you all cook together a three-course menu - starter, main course, dessert - which you then enjoy.

For children, Cécile offers independent cooking classes from the age of 6; younger children must be accompanied by an adult. Workshops last two hours each and are held in small groups of eight people: you prepare Cécile's plant-based recipes, then enjoy them or take your culinary creations home. Each workshop costs €40 per participant. If you come as a family and wish to register several times, Cécile offers a sliding scale of €30 per class, so that as many people as possible can take advantage of this workshop.

Nutri Conscience also organizes children's birthdays around a pastry workshop: Cécile adapts to your desires to bake a super gourmet, plant-based birthday cake with your children. Count €25 per child.
